This is a great meal to make for those busy days when you’re on the go. It is quick and simple to put together and takes no time to cook!
Ingredients
4/5 eggs
1 ts chilli flakes
1/2 ts salt
1 small onion
dried herbs
cheese
1 ts tomato paste
Method
1. Saute roughly chopped onion and salt until transparent.
2. Transfer onions to bowl and add the chilli flakes, dried herbs, eggs, cheese and tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into pan and fry till cooked on both sides.
Eat it on its own, with bread or rice and you have yourself a healthy filling meal!
I am usually very busy running around with work. This would be an amazing quick lunch to make when I’m at home for a short amount of time! Thanks!

Great idea to add chilli flakes! Omelettes are one of my go to things when I’m in a rush but I have never though of that, must try it out
