This is a great meal to make for those busy days when you’re on the go. It is quick and simple to put together and takes no time to cook!
1 ts chilli flakes
1/2 ts salt
1 small onion
1 ts tomato paste
1. Saute roughly chopped onion and salt until transparent.
2. Transfer onions to bowl and add the chilli flakes, dried herbs, eggs, cheese and tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into pan and fry till cooked on both sides.
Eat it on its own, with bread or rice and you have yourself a healthy filling meal!
